Bitwise discloses $2.5 million seed investment in latest amended filing for its spot Ethereum ETF


Bitwise updated its registration form for its spot Ethereum exchange-traded fund as the asset management firm, among others, waits for the go-ahead from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to list and trade those products.  Bitwise included some new details in its updated S-1 form for the Bitwise Ethereum ETF, including language about a $2.5 million seed investment. 



Hashdex proposes new ETF that would own both spot Ethereum and Bitcoin


Crypto asset management firm Hashdex plans to launch an exchange-traded fund that directly owns spot bitcoin and ether. Nasdaq posted the proposal via Form 19b-4 on Tuesday for the Hashdex Nasdaq Crypto Index US ETF, which ETF experts say was not necessarily a surprising move. Hashdex's move comes after the SEC approved spot Bitcoin ETFs earlier this year and last month approved 19b-4 forms for a slew of spot Ethereum ETFs. 





Agora, a stablecoin issuer, receives investment from Linea

According to crypto-fundraising data, on June 19, Agora, a stablecoin issuer, received investment from Ethereum Layer 2 solution Linea. The specific amount has not yet been announced. In addition, Linea has also invested in Tomo, ZeroLend, MYX.Finance, Entangle, and CARV.
As previously reported, Agora announced in April this year that it had completed a $12 million seed round of financing, led by Dragonfly, with participation from General Catalyst and Robot Ventures. Agora will issue stablecoins backed by cash, U.S. Treasuries, and overnight repurchase agreements.




Pendle announced that it will distribute 1 million ARB rewards to selected ArbitrumLPs

Golden Finance reported that Pendle announced on the social platform that it has received another ArbitrumSTIPBridge grant and will share 1 million ARB rewards in the Pencosystem to selected ArbitrumLPs. The event will start on June 20 and last for a period of time.
